June 2020: Baahn Developments exchange & complete on the purchase of this 1.6 acre site in Colchester. The site benefits from planning consent for 22,000sq.ft of commercial floorspace. NC Real Estate acted for the sellers, the Wallace Family.
January 2020: NC Real Estate negotiate a new lease with with BP Oil UK Ltd. The deal exchanged and completed simultaneously. NC Real Estate acted for the landlord.
December 2019: NC Real Estate's client exchanges contracts on a large undisclosed site within the London Borough of Brent.
March 2019: After 3 years of pre-apps, a detailed planning application was submitted for a 129 unit scheme in Wapping, London. NC Real Estate are acting as 'Development Managers' for a private client.

January 2019: Heronslea Developments completed on No.1 Beechwood Avenue in Finchley. The luxury developer will deliver 5 new build apartments. NC Real Estate acted for the sellers, Telford Homes Plc.

March 2017: Chris & Jules Ltd instructed NC Real Estate to sell their industrial style building at 34 Acre Lane in Brixton. The property was sold with the benefit of a positive ‘pre-app’ to convert the building into 9 luxury apartments and a retail unit.

December 2016: NC Real Estate acted for Quinata Global in the acquisition of this tenanted office building in Eastleigh. The building benefitted from PD rights to convert it in to a 67 unit residential scheme. The sellers were Emblem Properties.

September 2015: Whilst working for Telford Homes Plc Nick spearheaded the acquisition of the regeneration business of United House Developments. The £23M purchase consisted of four significant London development sites; City North in Finsbury Park, the 26 storey Balfron Tower, two phases at Gallions Quarter and Chrisp Street Market in Poplar.
Estimated GDV: £500M.
November 2015: Nick negotiated the acquisition of a 206 unit, 22 storey scheme in Poplar from Ballymore whilst at Telford Homes. Once the land purchase completed in April 2016, Telford Homes simultaneously sold the completed development (exc. the 56 affordable homes) to M&G Real Estate for £63.2M.
2015: Nick negotiated the unconditional land purchase of the former Royal Duchess public house near Limehouse, east London.
2014: Telford Homes’ 192 unit scheme known as ‘The Forge’ on Redcylffe Road, London, E6 was acquired unconditionally. Planning was obtained for a 192 unit scheme which has now also been sold into the PRS to M&G Real Estate.
