London Car Park Open

July 2024: Book by the day, the week or by the month. NC Real Estate open their first car park in central London. The car park has gated entry, security floodlights, and 24hr CCTV.

March 2024: NC Real Estate complete the re-model of 4 apartments in central London. The units are now fully let and have been retained within the company portfolio.

October 2023: NC Real Estate broker a new lease on a new PFS site for JET & JP&S. The site will become the landmark site for JET in London. Londis will also operate a convenience store on-site. Trading has successfully commenced. 

September 2023: Successful pre-app completed for 12 new build residential units in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Full planning application to be submitted in Q1 2024.

March 2023: Practical completion achieved alongside the successful refinance of this townhouse project in St John's Wood, London. The property has been retained in the personal portfolio.

September 2022: Alongside Savills NC Real Estate launch for sale this exciting opportunity to deliver 80 apartments and c.10k sq.ft of commercial space in London. Email for details.

September 2022: The site has planning for a 14-point rapid electric vehicle charging hub and a new 119sq.m café.

July 2022: Works commence on the conversion and extension of a commercial building to create a 2 bed, 2 bath townhouse with private roof terrace in St John's Wood. Practical completion due end of 2022.

March 2019: After 3 years of pre-apps, a detailed planning application was submitted for a 129 unit scheme in Wapping, London. NC Real Estate are acting as  'Development Managers' for a private client.

February 2019: NC Real Estate do another deal with BP Oil UK Ltd. The deal exchanged and completed simultaneously. NC Real Estate acted for the landlord.

January 2019: Heronslea Developments completed on No.1 Beechwood Avenue in Finchley. The luxury developer will deliver 5 new build apartments. NC Real Estate acted for the sellers, Telford Homes Plc.

March 2017: Chris & Jules Ltd instructed NC Real Estate to sell their industrial style building at 34 Acre Lane in Brixton. The property was sold with the benefit of a positive ‘pre-app’ to convert the building into 9 luxury apartments and a retail unit.

Estimated GDV: £6M+.

December 2016: NC Real Estate acted for Quinata Global in the acquisition of this tenanted office building in Eastleigh. The building benefitted from PD rights to convert it in to a 67 unit residential scheme. The sellers were Emblem Properties.

September 2015: Whilst working for Telford Homes Plc Nick spearheaded the acquisition of the regeneration business of United House Developments. The £23M purchase consisted of four significant London development sites; City North in Finsbury Park, the 26 storey Balfron Tower, two phases at Gallions Quarter and Chrisp Street Market in Poplar.
